Kajol Purchases A New Lavish Office Space Worth Rs 7.64 Crores In Mumbai; Here’s All You Need To Know
Kajol has become an owner of a new office space in Mumbai which she purchased for a whopping price of Rs 7.64 crores
Bollywood actress Kajol has aged like fine wine. She has impressed the audiences with her versatile performances and quirky personality. She is one of the few actresses who never shies away from boldly expressing their opinions. The actress who recently made her OTT debut with the web-show The Trial: Pyaar, Kaanoon, Dhokha, has added another feather to her cap. She recently purchased a lavish space in an expensive area in Mumbai.
According to the report by BollywoodShaadis, Kajol has acquired yet another office space in Mumbai worth over Rs 7 crores. Yes, you read that right! She bought a property located in the Signature Building in Oshiwara from Vir Savarkar Projects Private Limited. This marks her second property acquisition this year, and the agreement was signed back in July 2023. Boasting 194.67 square metres of space, the property came at a whopping price of Rs 7.64 crores. Talking about property acquisitions, the 49-year-old actress’ husband, actor and filmmaker Ajay Devgn had also invested in five office spaces in Mumbai back in July 2023. He purchased the units at Rs 45 crores, which were spaced in a total area of 13,293 square feet. The office units are located in the same building as Kajol’s in Oshiwara. ALSO READ: DID YOU KNOW? On the work front, Kajol was last seen in Lust Stories 2 and The Trial - Pyaar, Kaanoon, Dhokha. She will be collaborating with her Dilwale co-star Kriti Sanon, for her maiden production Do Patti. The suspense thriller will be released on Netflix and will be based in the mesmerising hills of North India. She also has an untitled project with Dharma Productions, co-starring Prithviraj Sukumaran and Ibrahim Ali Khan in her pipeline.
